Ages for children allowed in the play area:
- Toddler area - children up to 4 years
- Junior area - children of ages 4 to 10 years
Children under 4 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the Junior play frame.
Users must remove footwear. However, socks must be worn at all times.
Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed here, unless otherwise agreed by management.
The equipment should not be used by persons with any of the following conditions: current or previous injury to back or neck, any respiratory conditions including but not limited to asthma or bronchitis, chronic knee or joint conditions, any heart or circulatory conditions. Please make the staff aware of any other conditions that may affect your child's enjoyment of the centre's facilities.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
Hard, sharp or dangerous objects, such as buckles, pens, purses, badges, and jewellery must be removed. Clothes with ropes or cords should not be worn in the play area.
Glasses are best removed, unless used with a retainer and shatterproof lenses.
No face paints whilst on the play equipment.
No food, sweets, chewing gum or drink to be consumed on the equipment.
Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed here.
No climbing or hanging onto the equipment walls. No somersaults, back flips or rough play is permitted.
Do not allow users to obstruct the entrance or exits of the equipment.
Do not play in front of slide exits or climb up the slides.
Play balls must not be thrown and must remain in the designated area. In case of a problem, contact a member of staff.
Larger, more boisterous users should be separated from smaller ones.
The number of users on any part of the equipment at any one time should be limited to allow each user enough room to play safely.
Supervision must be carried out at all times by responsible adults, aged 18 and over, who are capable of exerting authority over the users.
Activity on the equipment should be watched constantly. At the first signs of any misbehaviour appropriate action must be taken.
If you are informed by our staff that they have noticed misbehaviour, misuse or inadequate supervision on or of the equipment you must take immediate action.
Parents or supervisors provided by hirers of the party centre are responsible for the supervision of the children in their party.
The recommended ratio of children to supervising adults are as follows:
- Under 5 years - 1 adult to 4 children
- 5 years and older - 1 adult to 6 children

The company does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or injury of whatever nature caused through misuse of the equipment or lack of parental supervision.
